Exeter Hawks 2010/2011 Tryout Camp
·     South Huron Minor Hockey players do not require permission to skate forms as you are covered by a blanket permission form we have on file
·      We have been in contact with London Nationals manager Tim Simmons.  Tim has graciously agreed to provide any London players with a permission to skate form.  Tim’s contact information is, Cell 519-282-4745 and email tim.simmons@sympatico.ca
