Western Jr C Player Of The Month Award
The Player of the Month for October is Blake Underwood of the Kincardine Bulldogs. During October Blake rang up 21 points in 8 Games with 9 Goals & 12 Assists.
We wish to congratulate Blake on his achievement.

Old Man Winter Forces Cancellation of Games
Snowsqualls caused the first weather related game cancellations of the Season Friday night. All 3 games had to be postphoned and will be re-scheduled in the near future.
On a brighter note, the battle for 1st Place continues with Kincardine & Walkerton trying to keep pace with one another. Kincardine is up by 2 points with Walkerton having a game on hand.
These teams go head to head in Kincardine on Sunday 14 December which could be the deciding factor for 1st place.
The battle for 3rd Place also continues with Hanover & Mitchell tied with 20 points each.
This all adds up to some exciting action this weekend!

The OHA Photo of the Month Contest sponsored by the Hockey Hall of Fame is back by popular demand. Take your camera to the game and take a few shots. Look for the perfect moment to capture, a big save, game winning goal, huge hit, or fans in the stands.
Submit your best shot, and you could be the winner. Send your photos by email to photos@ohahockey.org with subject line titled PHOTO OF THE MONTH by the last Wednesday of each moth for the remainder of the season. Be sure to include a description of your photo i.e. game date, teams playing, arena, and who is in the shot.
The winner will be contacted by email to claim their prize. The winner's photo will be posted to the OHA website for the month along with 4 other honourable mentions. Good Luck!
