Weekend #2 Wrap Up
The Dogs started the weekend off Friday night with a convincing 6 to
2 victory over the Goderich Sailors and followed it up Saturday with a 9 to 1 victory over the Mt Forest Patriots.
2 victory over the Goderich Sailors and followed it up Saturday with a 9 to 1 victory over the Mt Forest Patriots.The Dogs completely dominated this game with Mt Forest continually in the penalty box giving the Dogs 19 Power Plays and a Penalty Shot.
The Dogs had one mishap near the end of the 3rd that cost Drew Pegrum his first shut out.
Graeme Brown an 18 year old defenseman who played with the Owen Sound Greys last year joined the team Friday night and looked right at home in both games!
Next weekend is a big one for the Dogs as we face Wingham & Hanover!
These will be great games to say the least! See you at the rink!
