Kitchener, Ontario: The Frank Santarossa Scholarship Awards took place on Wednesday, September 5, 2007 at the Kitchener Memorial Auditorium celebrating 20 years of scholarships and over $50,000.00 in contributions to players from the Midwestern Junior Hockey League. League convener, Shawn McKelvie was on hand for this annual event and announced the following five award winners for 2007:
