Gerry Hillier Named Coach of the Year and Shayne Ross Name to 2nd Team All Stars

The OHA Western Junior C Awards were announced this weekend, in lieu of what would have been the league’s season ending banquet... which was postponed due to inclement winter weather.

Despite a challenging season, two members of the Mount Forest Patriots received league awards. Team Captain Shayne Ross was named to the league’s all-season All Star 2^nd Team and Head Coach & General Manager Gerry Hillier was named Coach of the Year, for the second straight year!
